So your reply isn't the point🤔 it is your approach which even through printed words, you are still bucky about your tone. It's not hard to be a kind human and I also asked you the price of the part that you would charge me and again very rude. That is the point of this review. Not the business practice but you and I know you are the same one I came in contact with yesterday by the words you are using. Again I'm not blaming the business practice, it is YOU!!!! I stopped by Cliff's Automotive to ask about replacing the thermostat on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. As a first-time customer, I was hoping to get a general idea of the cost for the repair, including an estimate for parts and labor. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't very welcoming. I was told they don't provide quotes unless the vehicle is in the shop by appointment. When I explained that my Jeep was already there, I was still met with a dismissive response. Had exhaust and brake work done, got a bid at Tuffy it was over $1,800 Cliffs did it for under $600, great people, very professional, knowledgeable and the work was the welding was perfect. I'll never take any of my vehicles anywhere but Cliffs. TMP

Easy to set an Appointment. They got right to work. Identified problem. Provided an estimate. Completed the exhaust fix quickly, efficiently, for and appropriate price.

I took a car in for an exhaust leak. It was checked out and said the repair would cost around $141.00. They did the repair and my wife paid the bill. When I got home and looked at the bill, there was an additional fee of $5.00 for hazmat disposal, but there were no fluids or liquid to dispose, and another bill for $20.00 for "shop supplies" that was an outrageous cost, as I had never seen anyone charge that much before for "shop supplies"! I went back the next day to dispute the bill. The lady at the counter could not answer my questions and said the office manager lady would talk to me regarding my dispute. I asked to see the owner but she said he was not around. The officer manager walked in to the back and I waited 15 minutes and she never came to see me (some customer service huh). Finally the owner walked up front to see me. I questioned the hazmat charge and the "office supplies" charge. He tap danced that he charges everyone that, and that is just the way it is! I told him that I bet he automatically puts the $20.00 charge and the $5.00 charge on every bill, wow a free extra $25.00 profit on every repair. I have a 2007 Ford Ranger. March 10th I noticed a knocking sound on my right side in the rear. I happened to be driving by a muffler shop and had them inspect my problem. It turned out to be my exhaust was loose and a back support clamp had rusted off. I was told I needed a complete exhaust system. I decided to get another opinion. I made an appointment with Cliff’s automotive repair and exhaust service to have it inspected, and was informed that I did not need a complete exhaust system. Which obviously was great to hear. (Honesty and Integrity) is what I received from start to finish. Exceptional service. .
